With over two decades of experience in the HR field, I have served as a Director of People Relations for a diverse array of organizations, ranging from global energy giants like Shell to innovative health-tech leaders and major higher education institutions like Texas A&M University.
I founded Meantime HR because I kept seeing the same gap: companies with real people needs and no one in the room experienced enough to meet them. It usually wasn't because leadership didn't care. They simply hadn't hired for it yet. The meantime is where good intentions and good outcomes start to drift apart, and I'm here to close that distance.
